Kitchen Tip Tuesday – Better Bacon… or Anything Else for that Matter

Better bacon? What’s that about? I thought just adding bacon to any food makes that food better. So how can it be possible to make bacon better? By adding bacon to it?

Not even. Actually, you make bacon better by sprinkling it with BACK-YARD Southern Style Seasoning before cooking it. Try it. You’ll be hard pressed not to add this great, local, West Memphis seasoning to almost anything you cook. I’ve used it successfully on fish, chicken, pork, beef, eggs, wild game and vegetables.
